With Offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver, the Air Canada Component has a very distributed Executive. Local Executives initiate grievances in the field, and Headquarters can follow their progress, and jump in when the need arises. It brings autonomy closer to the member, which means a higher level of responsiveness and service – which ultimately leads to happier members.
