CUPE Local 37 is the Union serving The City of Calgary outside workers, the town of Nanton, the town of Vulcan, the town of Canmore, the Canadian Rockies Regional School Division #12, EPCOR Canmore and the town of Irricana.  They have been using an Access based Membership Database system for many years.  Recently they identified that it was time to look for a replacement – the old database had limitations, and it was time to see what newer technologies could do.

We at LabourWare were happy to demonstrate our LabourWare.net Membership & Grievance Management solution.  The office staff was very impressed by the simplicity of use, as well as the depth of functionality of our application.  Speed was also a bonus along with the fact that many users could access the system at the same time from anywhere they had access to a computer, a web browser and the internet.
