Selecting an Electronic or Computerized Grievance Management System

We’re often asked the question: “Why should we deploy a Grievance Management System?” The simple answer is that most organizations have complex needs and multiple stakeholders. Grievance information needs to be organized then managed, efficiently and effectively, to be of any use or benefit to that organization. Another question that comes up often is more subjective: “What’s the difference between your firm and the other guys?”  To answer both these questions in a ‘virtual’ way, we’ve developed a short presentation that identify the reasons why an organization should consider an electronic Grievance Management system as well as helping you to assess the candidates by showing you what to look and ask for in such a system.
